We ship by FedEx UPS, and USPS in the United States. There will be an Extra charge for Alaska and Hawaii. Return shipments of RA items are only done by FedEx Ground, if the customer pays the difference in shipment cost customer requests next-day delivery. International orders will be shipped by FedEx or DHL International Air methods. Rocstor.com will ship your product to you by the best method available for your specific needs. You have the option of next day, second day, or ground shipping. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order. There is a minimum fee of $5.00 per shipment. For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $25.00. Photographic, Typographic and Technical Errors

All purchases are final, unless product is defective. Defective products are exchanged or repaired at Rocstor.com at its discretion within 30 days from receipt (no refunds or credit). All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in “as-new” condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. International Purchases: For defective products, the customer pays all freight, transportation, and additional charges to return the product to our distribution center. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, regulations, or restrictions of products entering foreign domain or being returned to the United States.
