Rocsecure ET34

The world’s first

hardware encrypted RAID.

Rocsecure ET34 Thunderbolt 3 RAID storage drive is the most advanced AES 256-bit real-time hardware encryption desktop drive with FIPS 140 Level-2 and NIST certified cryptographic processor. Designed in USA, the new Rocsecure ET34 provides robust security for your data with embedded quad encryption engines (one for each drive).  It is the true meaning of the latest innovative encryption technology with more power and speed. Our Quad cryptographic processor performs full disk encryption protecting entire Data-at-Rest. The Full Disk Encryption (FDE) solution is OS independent with no extra software, or needing for a driver component.  Rocstor ET34 has 4 drive bays and supports RAID 0, 1, 5 & 10. It is designed with total of 4 encryption engines, one for each drive controller channel.  Rocsecure ET34 is designed to use the most secure token key validation technology.  ET34 is the most secure FIPS 140-2 RAID storage drive in the world!

Quad Encryption Engines.

Unparalleled encryption

Real-time hardware security at its core. Built with Quad FIPS certified encryption engines.

The Rocstor ET34 encryption technology is engineered to encrypt/decrypt the entire SATA hard disk or SSD drive including boot sector, temporary files and operating system with SATA Gen 3 speed at 6Gbps. Rocstor’s Quad encryption engine built on Thunderbolt 3 latest technology is not comparable to any other device available in the market. Our technology has the most enhanced security, performance, and speed with FIPS 140-2 level 2 cryptographic processor certification. The ET34 is engineered with Quad FIPS Certified encryption engines, one for each hard drive.

Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) are publicly announced standards developed by the United States federal government for use in computer systems by non-military government agencies and government contractors. FIPS 140-2 defines four levels of security, simply named "Level 1" to "Level 4" (from lowest to highest), depending on what requirements are met. FIPS is the most widely recognized security benchmark for cryptographic devices around the world.

ET34 Authentication Method

Secure Key Token Authentication method.

Rocsecure ET34 elevates the encryption security to a whole new level by offering the most secure key token authentication method. Simply insert Rocstor’s authentication Token Key into the drive. The encryption engines will validate the unique token key. Once validated, the host computer will mount the RAID drive. Power by four encryption engines, all data written to any drive will be encrypted.

With latest encryption

technology comes faster transfer speeds.

Rocsecure ET34 is a certified Thunderbolt 3 Encrypted storage certified by Intel and Apple.  Built on the latest FIPS Quad Encryption engines and Thunderbolt 3 40Gb/s technology.  When using Solid State Drives models connected to your host computer’s Thunderbolt 3 port, you will experience faster transfer speeds and performance which is unmatched to any other real-time encrypted drives in the market.  ET34 can be configured with enterprise hard drives or solid-state drives with blazing fast data throughput speeds.

Advanced security.

One of the most secure and cutting-edge hardware-based encryption chipsets is integrated into the internal circuitry of Rocsecure ET34 models. The chipset contains features such as Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm AES-256 bit key strength, and real-time encryption so that there is virtually zero time in encrypting and decrypting the data. The encryption engine bears certifications from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and FIPS Level 2 for a Cryptographic Module.

Rocstor CryptoKey™ Token Key

The most powerful and

secure validation Token

Rocstor CryptoKey™ token key securely and easily exchanges stream encryption keys for use with Rocsecure ET34 encryption/decryption engine in the and manages a confidential communications channel.  The CryptoKey Token Key features a wide array of defense mechanisms specifically designed to prevent physical attacks on the device itself or logical attacks on the data transmitted between the token key and ET34 storage device.

The Rocstor CryptoKey™ tokens are the safest and most secure way of authentication method.  A Rocstor Standard key is required for authentication before the host computer can mount the drive. The physical Rocstor secure token key must be attached to the Rocsecure ET34 before connecting the drive to the host computer, otherwise the ET34 HDD/SSD volume will not be mounted or displayed.

Rocstor Rocsecure ET34

Regulatory compliance

Rocsecure ET34 employs data encryption and pre-boot authentication allowing organizations to better protect and control access to their corporate and customer records, thus complying with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLB); it is also FCC, CE compliant.  A unique feature of the ET34 is that it requires a secure token key allowing you to insert the key directly onto the drive. This ensures protection from key-loggers who may be recording your keystrokes on other competitor drives with an integrated keypad on the drive. Together with full-disk encryption and token key based authentication, these features give you the ultimate level of protection with an unrivaled ease of use.

Rocstor DE5 Mil-Standard waterproof cases
