The Rocstor Project & Deal Registration Program is designed to reward and protect authorized Rocstor Partners who proactively identify, develop, and secure specifications for qualified customer projects that may go out to bid or result in a negotiated purchase.

Who Can Register a Project or Opportunity?
Any Rocstor Authorized Reseller or Partner in good standing may register a qualified opportunity under this program.

What Products Are Eligible for Project Registration?
Eligible products include Rocstor-branded hardware and solutions that are part of the Rocstor Partner Program, including but not limited to:
• Charging carts and charging stations
• Server racks and infrastructure solutions
• Secure data storage and encrypted devices
• Card readers, PrivacyView privacy filters, cables, adapters, and peripherals

How Do I Register a Project or Opportunity?
All project registrations must be submitted through the Rocstor Partner Registration process (portal, form, or Rocstor sales contact, as applicable).
Once the required information is submitted:
• The appropriate Rocstor regional sales manager is notified
• You will be contacted, typically within three (2) business days, to review the opportunity
• Submission does not automatically guarantee approval
Final approval is at Rocstor’s discretion.

When Should I Submit a Project for Registration?
Project registrations should be submitted as early as possible, ideally when a qualified opportunity is first identified, and before an order is placed.
A qualified opportunity generally means:
• The customer has a recognized need for Rocstor solutions and products
• The customer has an identified or approved budget
• It is clear the customer intends to work with the submitting partner
Important: Registrations submitted at or after the time of order placement may be declined.

What Happens After I Submit a Project Registration?
A Rocstor sales representative (or a member of the Rocstor sales team) will:
• Review the submitted information
• Contact the partner to discuss the opportunity
• May request a joint call or meeting with the end customer to validate details

If Approved, What Happens Next?
If the registration is approved:
• You will receive a Project Registration Approval Notice and reference number
• This approval number must be referenced on all related quotations and purchase orders to receive approved pricing or benefits.

Why Does Rocstor Require a Customer Call or Meeting?
Rocstor may require a joint call or meeting to:
• Validate opportunity details
• Confirm customer requirements
• Align resources to best support the project
This ensures only qualified and legitimate opportunities receive protection and benefits.

How Long Is a Project Registration Valid?
Once approved, a project registration is valid for up to six (6) months or as specified on deal registration expiration date
If the opportunity is still active, the registration may be extended for up to an additional six (6) months, subject to Rocstor approval.


Can I Register an Entire Company or Account?
No.
Project registration is opportunity-specific. Entire companies or accounts cannot be registered.

Is There a Minimum Deal Size for Registration?
No.
There is no minimum opportunity size required for project registration.

What Discount or Benefits Apply to Registered Projects?
Additional pricing benefits vary based on:
• Product category
• Opportunity size and scope

Project registrations must meet the following criteria to be approved:

  • Customer has a validated need for Rocstor solutions
  • Customer has budget and intent to proceed
  • The partner demonstrates original or invited involvement in developing the opportunity
  • The registered entity is the end user, not another reseller or distributor
  • The opportunity is not already registered by another partner
  • The partner submits complete, accurate, and truthful information
  • The partner agrees to work collaboratively with Rocstor to close the opportunity

Can a Project Be Registered to More Than One Partner?
In rare and special circumstances, Rocstor may approve registration for more than one partner on the same opportunity. This is not common and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Can Rocstor Revoke an Approved Registration?
Yes. Rocstor reserves the right to revoke a project registration under circumstances including, but not limited to:
• Poor customer experience supported by documented issues
• Partner becomes inactive or loses authorized status
• Partner is unresponsive to Rocstor or the customer
• Violation of Rocstor program policies
• Offering competing solutions in violation of registration terms

Can I Register a Project If I Am Proposing Competing Products?
No.
Approved project registrations apply only when the partner is proposing Rocstor solutions exclusively for the registered opportunity.
If competing products are proposed:
• The registration will not be approved, or
• An existing registration may be revoked

Does Project Registration Guarantee I Will Win the Deal?
No.
Project registration is designed to reward partner effort, but customers are free to purchase from the vendor or partner of their choosing.

The Rocstor Project & Deal Registration Program is confidential and intended solely for authorized Rocstor partners.

Unauthorized disclosure of program details is a violation of Rocstor partner agreements.

The Rocstor Authorized Partner Program provides a comprehensive set of sales and marketing support resources designed to help partners win more opportunities, protect margins, and close deals faster. Rocstor works closely with its partners to support opportunity development from initial specification through fulfillment, ensuring partners have access to the tools, pricing, and expertise required for success.

Rocstor offers a range of marketing resources to help partners effectively position and promote Rocstor products and solutions to their customers.
Marketing support may include:

  • Product data sheets and specification guides
  • Partner-ready marketing collateral
  • Solution briefs and use-case content
  •  Product imagery and branding assets
  •  Support for partner-led campaigns (where applicable)

    These resources are designed to help partners generate demand and clearly communicate Rocstor’s value proposition.


From time to time, Rocstor may share qualified sales opportunities with authorized partners based on:

  • Geographic coverage
  • Vertical expertise (government, education, healthcare, enterprise)
  • Product specialization

    Lead distribution, where offered, is intended to support active and engaged partners and does not guarantee exclusivity.

Rocstor encourages partners to utilize product demonstrations where appropriate to support customer evaluations and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Eligible partners may request demo or evaluation units for approved opportunities, subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Opportunity qualification
  •  Approval by Rocstor

    Demo units may be offered at preferred partner pricing or under specific demo terms defined by Rocstor. Demo programs are intended solely for sales demonstration and evaluation purposes and may not be resold.
    Details regarding eligibility, pricing, and approval are available through your Rocstor channel representative.

Rocstor communicates with authorized partners through multiple channels to ensure timely access to critical information, including:

  • Partner Alerts
    Email notifications covering important updates such as product launches, pricing changes, availability notices, and program updates.
  • Partner Updates & Newsletters
    Periodic communications highlighting new products, program enhancements, promotions, case studies, and sales tools.
  • Direct Channel Engagement
    Communication from Rocstor channel managers and sales representatives regarding opportunities, programs, and joint initiatives.
Rocstor Product Demo Program
The purpose of the Rocstor Product Demo Program is to enable authorized Rocstor partners to demonstrate Rocstor products to prospective customers, either through temporary loan, in-office demonstration, or customer-site evaluation, in support of qualified sales opportunities.

Rocstor may make demonstration units available to authorized partners under one of the following methods, at Rocstor’s discretion:

  • Demo pricing determined by Rocstor, based on product type, and opportunity qualification; or
  • Demo units provided directly by Rocstor, which remain Rocstor property and are issued under defined demo or loan terms

    Demo products are intended solely for demonstration, evaluation, or proof-of-concept purposes and may not be resold unless explicitly authorized by Rocstor in writing.

If a demo product is placed at a customer site and the customer elects to retain the product, the partner must:

  • Place a new order for a production unit under standard pricing and fulfillment terms, and
  • Retrieve the demo unit for continued use with another prospective customer or internal demonstration

    This process may be repeated until the demo unit has reached the end of its practical demo lifecycle.
    Demo products may also be installed:

  • At the partner’s office or showroom
  • At a customer location for evaluation
  • In a controlled “in-office” or lab demonstration environment

All demo products are issued to the authorized Rocstor partner.
Depending on product availability and sourcing model:

  • Demo products may be fulfilled directly by Rocstor, or
  • Fulfilled through an authorized Rocstor distributor

    For demo products fulfilled through distribution, partners should allow 3–5 business days for required paperwork review and approval, if applicable.

Demo products may be shipped to:

  • The partner’s office or warehouse, or
  • The end-user customer location, upon reseller request

    Freight terms, responsibilities, and charges will be communicated at the time of demo approval and may vary based on product type, shipment destination, and fulfillment method.

  • Demo eligibility is evaluated on a rolling program year, as defined by Rocstor
  • Rocstor may limit demo quantities by product family or category
  • Typically, one demo unit per product family may be approved per partner per program year, subject to availability and approval

Rocstor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Approve, deny, limit, or discontinue demo requests
  • Modify demo pricing or availability
  • Restrict demo access based on partner status, usage history, or program compliance

    For non-standard or special demo requests, partners must coordinate directly with their Rocstor channel or sales representative.

The Rocstor Product Demo Program is the only official demo program available to authorized Rocstor partners.
Any prior or informal evaluation programs are not valid unless expressly approved in writing by Rocstor.
